Synthetic fluids, containing a balanced percentage of the additives, conferring to its lubricating film excellent anti-wear, antirust and anticorrosion properties.
MOLYGUARD MOLY CHAIN range, forming an adherent film with excellent anti-dropping capacity, are suitable to lubricate the chains and bearings of conveyors subject to loads, the varnishing plants and textile machinery (Rameuses) operating at wide temperature range ( - 15°C + 250°C).
Uniform, chemically and thermally stable film of MOLYGUARD MOLY CHAIN does not permit the formation of deposits and carbonaceous residuals.
In order to satisfy a number of applicative systems, from automatic to manual systems, MOLYguard MOLY CHAIN range are available with different viscosity grades.
It is recommended to apply this lubricant immediately after getting out from the oven, when the components are still hot - in this way the additives stick on better to the metallic components and come into the chain joints.
After being exposed to the elevated temperatures for too long time, the lubricating film may cause the thickening; in this case it is recommended to reduce the applications.
