MOLYGUARD IDROLVERN PLUS is a new formulation totally synthetic, straw colour lubricant with a high viscosity index contains selected water-soluble additives which increase its lubricating, anti-wear properties and resistance to loads.
Its particular composition and water-solubility makes it suitable for the lubrication of chains, hooks and clamps of the immersion cataphoresis plants utilizing the watersoluble paints as the accidental pollution of the same does not cause "dodge holes" on the painted surfaces.
The above has been confirmed by laboratory analyses carried out at leading manufacturers of water-soluble paints and chemical products indicated for the pretreatment of the surfaces to be painted.
Thanks to this important characteristic the MOLYGUARD IDROLVERN PLUS is recommended to car and home appliance manufacturers as it can allow to eliminate the production waste of the painting department.
The use of MOLYGUARD IDROLVERN PLUS can also be extended to the food industry, for the lubrication of conveyor chains that operate in the presence of high temperatures (200°C), allowing wherever it is possible to unify the lubricants to be used.
